However no mention is ever made of eco-systems features like geothermal heating and cooling systems Eg like how frequently is the interior air refreshed. Since HVAC systems are crucial to palatial properties, I am looking forward to seeing these important features. Thanks

It is a beautiful Home, but the only thing is the main street needs repaving.

I just flew back from GDL-Guadalajara, Mexico and saw a penthouse it was unfurnished there. Since the last time I flew there back in1980. They had no High-Rise buildings back then. Now I cannot believe how much it has changed. I saw many High-Rise condos and with Penthouses now. Now GDL is growing fast because it is called the Silicon Valley of Mexico. So, there are many Hi-Tech Companies located there now. There are many homes and condos for sale there now and they are beautiful. Just trying different areas, to look for a vacation home now that I am retired from an Auto and Home Insurance Company after 22 years of service.

Nice unit only issues I have with these Vegas strip condos is there is no community at all and no place to shop for just regular food like Costco. I guess if you can afford that unit you can get a personal shopper. Views are amazing, decor is a little gaudy for most people, it should be taken down a bit IMO
